ByProxy has been involved in (the automation of) customer contact processes for the last 5 years. Our roots are in the automotive branch, but we service various customers in other branches and markets as well. Before and during the automation process we advise you on a proactive basis in order to reach a user friendly and efficient software solution.
Dot Net and MS SQL as basis
ByProxy specialises in developing applications for Microsoft platforms. Our basis is the combination of Dot Net (.NET) based application languages and the Microsoft SQL Server database platform. Application of modern tools such as Ajax are self-evident in this process. Other expertise such as Java / PHP is available on demand.
Web, PC, PDA or mobile phone
We build web applications for target groups ranging from car importers to national research institutes. The requirements on user interfaces are therefore quite different from each other. Besides regular desktop based (web)applications we also develop specific applications for PDA (for example a lead generation system for commercial exhibitions) and mobile phone (see for instance the “Mober” concept).
Offshoring without the disadvantages
Thanks to our off shore software development company, our company is a very interesting partner for building your application from a cost perspective – but without the disadvantages sometime attributed to offshoring. The design stage will be walked through with you in and from The Netherlands. During the development phases, you can interact with the project management in Dutch, both in The Netherlands and in Nepal. We will call you free of cost throughout the project. Our programmers are fluent in the English language. Procedures and protocols have been meticulously detailed as a basis for our quality management procedures.
Software as a Service (SaaS) and hosting through an ASP model
More and more we develop web applications for different customers. Not every company has direct access to a web server with an MS SQL database. Therefore we offer our customers to host and manage our software developed for them on our servers. We act as an Application Service Provider. Our servers have been configured fully redundantly and are located in a professional external data center.
Microsoft Partner
We claim our Dot Net specialism first and foremost on our proven experience in delivered projects. All of our developers carry at least a Microsoft Certified Programmer (MCP) certification and are currently being educated up to the Microsoft Certified Software Developer (MCSD) level. Being a Microsoft Partner, we have continuous access to the most actual and uptodate trainings and knowledge databases.
